As part of our ongoing commitment to physical security, we are seeking a skilled Physical Security Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of maintaining a safe and secure environment and committed to safeguarding our assets, employees, and visitors. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer support and handling security-related queries to ensure a secure and efficient environment.  The working hours for this role will be Central US Day shift (8:00 PM, Manila TIme).

This role will report directly to the Vice President of Physical Security. In addition, this role will frequently be partnered with the Facilities, Technology, Compliance, and Internal Audit Teams.

Responsibilities:

Respond to Service Requests on ServiceNow.Management of access control personnel database. Ensuring all the data fields are complete and accurate.Printing, Issuing, and manage access cards and overlays locally and internationally.Activation and Termination of staff promptly as per HC requests.Report on monthly and quarterly audit Report on all secure doors to IT, Infosec and Internal AuditorsSupport with SOC2 / ISO 27001 Audit support.Maintain accurate records of all access control activities and changes.Maintain accurate records of all vendors and physical security maintenance contracts.Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance activities.Conduct regular audits and assessments of access control systems to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with the security team to address any security concerns.Provide training and guidance to staff on physical security best practices.Enforce security policies and procedures related to access control and surveillance.Assist in the implementation of security policies and procedures.Assist in monitoring door alarms / CCTV for unauthorized access and identify and respond to security incidents.Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

Access control experience within professional / financial services environment.Experience with administrating access control databases, especially CCure 9000.Effective communication skills to deliver external and internal reporting in English.A rigorous approach to data management and analysis.Understanding of the evolving expectations of privacy policies.An initiative-taking and flexible self-starter who is confident in the ability to work across all levels.Experience in excellent customer service for employees and visitors.Ability to manage one’s own time to complete work accurately and to deadlines.Have analytical ability, sound judgment and operational focus.Highly organized, detailed approach with capability of managing multiple deadlines.Strong computer skills, including solid skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
