About the Role & Team

Disney's Fine Art Photography team is seeking a seasonal Photographer to capture memories that will last a lifetime! In this role, you will provide photography for Weddings, Conventions, and Events across The Walt Disney World Resort property. Photographers must have a basic knowledge of digital photography equipment, flash units, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

You will report to the Photography Manager for Disney’s Fine Art Photography.

This is a Casual Temporary or Seasonal role with no guarantee of weekly

working hours, as hours will fluctuate based on business needs.

What You Will DoSetup and photograph on-location studio sessionsLead all aspects of "print on-site" sessionsPhotograph large group photos of up to 300 people and process for editing final group and individual imagesArrange photography risers and select appropriate locationsHandle a green screen shoot, matte in a background, along with a virtual background shootPhotograph character interactionsWork with Senior Photographers to build a rounded view during eventsPhotograph large weddings as a Second ShooterProvide creative, unique, and outstanding imagesPhotograph small weddings individually as the main contactShoot portrait sessionsPhotograph product and promotional images in a studio setting

Required Qualifications & SkillsSkilled in photography production in a business environmentExperience with Nikon cameras, Professional lighting equipment, and Mac Computers.An understanding of how to light for a larger photo, e.g., 500 people, and individual or small group posingDecide when and how to use a second light unit as a fill flash or essential lightKnowledge of Photoshop/Lightroom software, composition, and exposure Triangle.Experience with photography, weddings, or conventionsSchedule availability to include weekends, variable shifts, and holidays
