The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of photography production and a global perspective, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and strategic objectives. You'll collaborate with producers to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong relationship management skills are key as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.Hybrid role (2-3 times per week) Responsibilities:Creative Product Output: Confidently handles projects of varied scope, budget, and timelines, ranging from quick-turnaround needs to large-scale initiatives with complex production and delivery schedules. Demonstrates global awareness and a strong understanding of photography production and photoshoots. Ensures all team deliverables align with strategic objectives and brand standards. Produces original, clear, concise, and compelling ideas. Collaboration with Producers: Effectively manages resources, delegates tasks, prioritizes responsibilities, and maintains focus in a high-volume content creation environment. Ensures projects are developed and executed on time and within budget, achieving desired results for the team and organization. Relationship Management: Fosters respectful and collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, project management, design, studio production, photography, retouching, rendering, digital, and social teams. Qualifications: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise, particularly in photography and/or rendering direction. A keen sense of creativity, innovation, and design aesthetics. Talent, judgment, and imagination to generate impactful ideas and designs. Meticulous attention to detail. Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback. Excellent communication and time-management skills. A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to challenges quickly. A passion for design, luxury, and aesthetics.
