Position Highlights: + Experience: Gain some great patient care experience by learning to collect blood from patients according to established standards, and procedures + Opportunity: Getting to work directly with patients, while making positive impacts in their lives Job Summary Responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from donors/patients, check quality of blood, and assume responsibility for safety and comfort of donor/patient following established standards and practices. This positon will also assist with other lab related duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience + High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. + Prior phlebotomist experience is highly desired.
