Oncology PharmD

Department: Oncology

Work Type: Part Time

Shift:  20-25 hours/week (Can be flexible with days/times)

Summary

The PharmD is responsible for the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications used in our Oncology office. Will train staff on mixing of Chemotherapy drugs. The PharmD is expected to sustain an environment for the safe, rational, effective, and efficient use of medications prescribed to patients of all age groups.  All job duties shall be performed in accordance with all applicable State and Federal laws, applicable regulatory agency standards, professional practice standards, and policies and procedures of the Oncology department.

Requirements

Doctorate of Pharmacy Required 

Additional Requirements

Minimum of one year experience as Oncology PharmD
