Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm

Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Pharmacy Tech III
As a Pharmacy Tech III at MercyOne, you will assist the pharmacist in outpatient prescription services, including prescription preparation, insurance processing, billing, home health care services, and Nursing Home services. Primary responsibilities include sterile product compounding, preparation and record keeping. Additional responsibilities include equipment and supply management, clean room monitoring and QA data logs, as well as expertise with QSI computer system, input insurance billing, is able to work at all pharmacy locations, has a high level of training, mentoring both new and existing staff. Takes on special projects and other duties as assigned.
**General Requirements:**
Field Of Study: N/A
Licensures/Registration: Certified Pharmacy Tech; Iowa and/or Illinois Board of Pharmacy Registration within 30 days, Valid Driver's License.
Experience: More than 3 years experience required.
Education: High school graduation or equivalent
Special Training: Basic Life Support
Training Preferred: Sterile Compounding Experience and/or Pharmacy Billing Experience
