California pharmacy technician licenseFLUENT in Spanish and English Ability to work onsite, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm and rotating Saturdays HS diploma

Job description:

Fill prescriptions. Processing prescriptions through software. Dispense medications to patients at the pharmacy window. Approve/recommend denial for determination requests based on defined criteria.Refer coverage determination requests for specialty drugs to delegated vendor or client for processingContact providers for additional information to facilitate coverage determination reviews.Notify physicians, providers, and members of coverage determination decisions.

Skills:

Spanish, Basic computer skills, Pharmacy Technician license, retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, mail order pharmacy

Work Environment:

Onsite in DTLA - 5 days/week
