Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant to join our team. This role involves follow-ups, patient updates, data entry, and handling inbound phone calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in a contact center environment and be comfortable managing electronic refill scripts, ordering labs, relaying lab results, and performing triage tasks.

This role is based onsite at a contact center, handling 200+ calls a day. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
