Work Experience:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Education Qualifications:
Doctorate or bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Pharmacy licensure appropriate to state where working.
Meets Board of Pharmacy requirements to be Pharmacist in Charge/Managing Pharmacist within applicable states.
Ongoing continuing education and license renewal as required by the state Board of Pharmacy.
Ambulatory Only:
BLS certified within 90 days from hire date.
Immunization Delivery Certification completed within 1 year from hire date.
Effective 1/1/2019, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
