Supports the mission of St Peter’s Health and the Pharmacy Department by participating in a post-graduate year one pharmacy residency program. The resident will become competent in management of the pharmacy distribution system in order to work independently in any position within pharmacy. The resident will actively participate in and promote clinical pharmacy activities, become an effective member of the patient care team, educate patients, health care professionals, and pharmacy students, and complete a project promoting pharmacy practice.
