JOB SUMMARY:

Primarily accountable for the performance of pharmacy functions that serve clients in Idaho Falls and the surrounding communities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

Maintain confidentiality of patient records and employee information and use discretion. The incumbent prepares compounded and/or other pharmaceuticals, functions as part of the interdisciplinary health care team, and facilitates patient-related communication with the physician or designee. May work a unique schedule that is to be arranged prior to hire. The Assistant Director of Pharmacy Outpatient Services may revise the work schedule if necessitated by the demands of the work situation. The employee is required to comply with all PCI standards and other company policies and procedures for payment card acceptance and security.
