Job Responsibilities

Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute hospital settingProvide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary health care teams, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verificationsWork directly with nursing, physicians and peers to provide acute care servicesother duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
