The scope of patient care provided may include: patient drug counseling, meds to beds program oversight, medication ordering, inventory management, vaccinations, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current state Registered Pharmacist License.2. Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.3.
