Short Description
Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to
dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders.
Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical
programs.
Experience Required
Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) or graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program required.
Chemotherapy mixing experience required
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy
License/Certification Requirements
New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure)
