Registered Staff Pharmacist will help to provide high quality and cost-effective pharmaceutical service to support the patient care needs. Accurately reviews all medication orders for completeness and appropriateness of medication, 98% of the time. Distributes medications in a timely manner with proper instructions to hospital personnel and patients. 

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately compounds all IV solutions in a laminar flow hood. Checks IV solution products before dispensing and evaluates all materials used in the preparation of IV’s, 98% of the time.

Qualifications

Valid California Pharmacist licensure. Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Ability to follow oral and written instructions with accuracy, speed, and dependability. Be able to maintain accurate records. Knowledge of medical terminology and computer science.
