Job Title: PharmacistJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for our fast-growing mail order pharmacy in North Salt Lake. This role is similar to retail pharmacy duties with responsibilities including pre-check (PB1), post-check (B2), and communicating with patients and providers. You will manage state-to-state compliance in our mostly closed-door mail order facility. Unlike retail pharmacy, you will work only one weekend a quarter (8-12 shift), making this position ideal for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy breaks and lunches that are often missed in retail settings. Licenses in other states such as AZ or FL could be an advantage. Responsibilities + Interpret prescription orders and input them into the computer system. + Advise patients and doctors about our products, with approximately 75% of communication involving providers. + Check compounding formulas and update lot and expiration dates. + Perform the final check on all prescriptions. + Supervise pharmacy technicians. + Perform initial interpretation of prescriptions. Essential Skills + Licensed Pharmacist in Utah. + Experience in retail pharmacy. + Compounding experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Open to new or recent graduates with consistent, demonstrated work experience. + Experience with non-sterile compounding is a plus. + Licensure in AZ or FL is nice to have. Work Environment Our pharmacy is a fast-growing holistic environment with a set schedule that supports work-life balance. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30/6 PM, with one Saturday shift per quarter from 8 AM to 12 PM. We have 16 pharmacists on staff and a total of 128 employees in the building. The dress code is business casual or scrubs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $62.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
