Pharma Sales Representative
Reference PE003399 Location Freestate, Bloemfontein Salary Interval Monthly Package None-negotiable Description Our client in the Pharmaceutical industry is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to drive direct sales of their OTC product range to independent pharmacies and dispensing doctors across the Free State and Northern Cape region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to build and nurture strong relationships with key healthcare professionals while managing and growing a designated sales territory.

Role is based in Bloemfontein.



Requirements:
A Diploma or Degree. At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. A passion for building relationships and driving sales in the healthcare industry. The role requires travel within your designated territory, including both planned and ad-hoc business trips. Regular overnight stays away from home are expected. A valid driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle are essential for this position. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Sales Growth: Achieve and consistently exceed set sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products. Strategy Implementation: Drive the successful execution of sales and marketing strategies tailored to the needs of your territory. Territory Management: Plan and manage your sales territory through thorough analysis, customer targeting, and optimizing call coverage to maximize opportunities. Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and offering continuous support. Expense Management: Efficiently manage and control territory expenses to ensure alignment with company guidelines. Data and Reporting: Compile, update, and share a comprehensive database of targeted customers and industry contacts regularly. Compliance: Adhere to Pharmacovigilance policies and company procedures to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
