Pharma Key Accounts Manager (PTA)
ENVIRONMENT: A Software and Technology Firm in Pretoria is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth by ensuring key clients are satisfied with the services provided and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires a B.Sc. Degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, and experience as a Key Account Manager or Commercial Manager would be an advantage. The successful candidate will focus on strengthening client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and uncovering growth opportunities within the client base.   DUTIES: Focus on solid relationships with key clients in the Pharma industry. Address and resolve key clients’ complaints. Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company’s internal teams. Communicate and collaborate with the relevant departments of the company to ensure that key clients’ needs are met in a timely manner without compromises on quality. Analyse and discuss data and monthly reports with key clients. Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions. Negotiate contracts and manage contract renewal processes with key clients. Engage in regular meetings with key clients to share insights and to identify new potential opportunities. Perform annual business reviews with key clients as strategic business partner.   REQUIREMENTS: B.Sc. Degree or equivalent. 3-5 Years’ work experience in Pharma industry. Key Account or Commercial Manager experience would be an advantage . Strong management and negotiation skills with propriety to own. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Own car and driver’s license. Experience working with PowerBI preferred.   ATTRIBUTES: Has the ability to conceptualise, focusing on the big picture before zooming in on the detail.
