What you will do:

The PGIM Private Capital (PPC) Trade Operations team is looking for a Senior Investment Operations Associate. This position involves loan servicing for PPC’s Direct Lending business and interacting extensively with internal and external business partners to assist in facilitating deal closings. With a strong attention to detail, the successful candidate will need to be able to review closing documentation for accuracy as well as maintain organization across data entry systems to effectively capture trade details.

What you can expect:

Loan servicing for PPC’s Direct Lending portfolioReview documentation and closing requirements prior to trade settlementEnsure accurate trade bookingLiaise with PGIM Fixed Income and Trustees on servicing and growing the PPC CLO businessPrepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and reconciliationsDaily cash matching of open payables/receivables and monitoring of bank account activityData entry into PAM sub-ledger accounting system & Wall Street Office for loan termsReview and process wires generated related to Alternatives cash movementsReview wire instructions and complete call-backs with banks and agentsLiaison between Deal Teams/Legal and OperationsReview legal docs for loan terms and document in standardized formatMaintain documentation to comply with enterprise and departmental standards, facilitating audits and examinations by internal and external regulatory bodiesPrepare forward hedging models with PGF to mitigate foreign currency risk for non-USD assetsContinuously seek to find process improvements to increase overall operational productivity and efficiency 

What you will bring:

2+ years in the banking and financial services industryBachelor undergraduate degree (all subjects areas considered)Strong attention to detailIndependent problem-solving skillsHigh level of self-motivationExcellent communication and analytical skillsAbility to multi-task during high volume periodsStrong PC skills, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $70,000-$80,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
