What you will do:

We are looking for a visionary, outcome-focused marketing leader to ideate, build and implement larger-scale, strategic initiatives and programs to help grow our global retail business. This role is responsible for building brand awareness and consideration of our investment capabilities and global product suite, including alternatives, ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs and UCITs, while driving engagement across distribution channels and audience segments, with a focus on wealth/high net worth advisors. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale strategic sponsorships and partnerships with industry organizations and direct the marketing program and campaign strategy in support of strategic business objectives and key product lines. As part of this role, the successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to deliver outcomes in support of global business and marketing objectives. This role reports to the Global Chief Marketing Officer, sits within the marketing leadership team and requires close partnership with senior leaders to ensure alignment with overall business and marketing priorities. This role also requires fostering strong internal and external relationships, including collaboration with the broader marketing team, sales, product management, legal and compliance, and strategic industry partners.

Marketing Strategy and Leadership

Understand and align business priorities with market trends and competitive landscape to inform program and campaign strategy.

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing program strategy to support business growth and product expansion globally.

Identify opportunities to build brand awareness and grow audience engagement through innovative marketing programs and campaigns.

Cultivate talent by leading and mentoring a team of high-performing marketing professionals.

Programs and Campaign Strategy

Oversee and guide planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns in support of strategic business objectives to boost visibility of core capabilities and core product lines.

Ensure that regional teams align with global framework, while tailoring efforts to local market nuances, to ensure consistency in program implementation.

Lead strategic large-scale industry partnerships focused on event sponsorships and content programs to enhance marketing distribution efforts.

Paid Media and Event Sponsorships

Oversee paid media efforts, including digital advertising campaigns, paid search and social media programs, working closely with in-house media team.

Drive large-scale event and webinar strategy, including pre-and-post event deliverables, follow-up campaigns and measurement.

Social Media and Communications

Direct the global LinkedIn social media strategy, including content calendar and creative, in alignment with broader business priorities, regional focus and marketing messaging.

Oversee LinkedIn Ambassador program administration and management, including enrollment and onboarding process, while ensuring compliance requirements are met.

Partner with public relations team to coordinate and boost visibility and engagement for large-scale strategic initiatives.

Outcomes and Accountability

Define relevant KPIs to measure outcomes aligned with overarching marketing priorities.

Demonstrate strong partnership and alignment with regional client marketing teams to ensure programs are aligned with the regional marketing strategy, audience focus and engagement objectives.

Use data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and to optimize campaign strategy.

Regularly report on outcomes, brand health metrics and marketing engagement trends

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience; asset management or financial services with global experience.

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and retail distribution channels.

Proven track record of independently leading and executing successful multi-channel marketing programs using innovative strategies and techniques.

Understanding and/or awareness of AI and its potential applications

Experience leading data-driven audience segmentation strategies and targeted/personalized campaign experiences.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and business partners at all levels.

Outcome-driven mindset with a strong aptitude for data and analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and data analytics platforms.

Series 7 and 24 a plus; Willing to obtain in the future

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $200.000 to $225,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
