We are part of Publicis Groupe, the world’s second largest marketing and communications company with 95+ years of consistent track record **Overview** + Drive Relationships with Top Strategic Clients + Build Data-driven strategies for client businesses to achieve digital marketing goals utilizing Performance Content (SEO, Content, Analytics, Conversion Optimization) + Needs to have the ability to ideate SEO solutions (both BAU & innovations) and craft them (both verbally & graphically(ppt)) to satisfy both internal and external stakeholders + Needs to have robust story-telling and narrative setting skills (both verbally & graphically(ppt)) for clients **Responsibilities** **Roles & Responsibilities:** + Planning, conceptualizing & executing innovative solutions for our clients to drive cutting-edge solutions + Hiring, Training, Mentoring, Performance Review & Up Skilling team members + Upgrading delivery frameworks & driving efficiencies across operations + Strengthening the Performance Content community at Performics globally, the global network of Publicis Media & the industry **Qualifications** **Required:** + 8-10 Years (should mostly be in SEO) + Should have worked with multiple (4+) clients at the same time and manage expectations both internally and externally to deliver the best output + FMCG, CPG & E-com clientele preferred + Work-ex on international domain is preferred + Active involvement in new business acquisitions, driving pitches & RFPs + Should have experience leading a team of highly skilled & motivated individuals (>10) + Exceptional Presentational skills
