To ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices for vehicles sold & sourced in Europe Price File Maintenance - Europe team feeds the information about prices and develop rules/codification in the European vehicle accounting system for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. + Respective Europe region Finance Supervisor will provide the latest Price list for the models to be launched / price changes for the existing models which required to be updated in the Ford’s system by Pricing analyst. + To analyse and develop rules to be set in the European vehicle accounting system for the cars manufactured in Europe to generate Intercompany and dealer invoice. + To ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices which impacts revenue generation. + To perform quality checks by verifying sample pro-forma invoices to ensure quality output. + To trouble shoot issues about logics / rules, prices by working with upstream team. + Resolving invoice queries / issues with internal audit team as well as claims received from dealers via Marketing team. + To have regular discussion with European markets to ensure inputs are received on time, to generate invoice on time, to resolve pricing queries and invoicing issues. + Daily vehicle inventory details need to be reviewed and discussed with Supervisor to ensure vehicles are invoiced. + Should have futuristic mindset and analytical skill to work on vehicle invoicing process with 100% quality and timely deliverables. **Scope** + Ford of Europe – Passenger Cars & Commercial Vehicles **Complexity** + Clear understanding of the request / inputs received from market. + Updating the inputs in the system as per the target date provided by market. + Analysing and development of rules to be set in the system. + Troubles shooting in case of issues identified in internal/external audit, claims from dealers etc., + Price list in Local language **Relationship Management** Need to build and maintain relationship through Email, Webex meeting and conference call with the following individuals/teams + Market contacts of the respective markets + System IT team + Internal Audit Team **Education Qualification :** Any Graduate or Post Graduate **Number of Years of Experience :** UG / PG with 2 years or above experience Previous Experience in Vehicle Related Activities (Preferable) **Requisition ID** : 44968
