GENERAL FUNCTION: To provide accurate oil & gas reserve evaluation analysis in support of the Energy Vertical's oil and gas sectors. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Support the Bank's Energy Vertical to ensure that oil & gas asset valuations are accurate. + Ensure technical interface with clients/colleagues. + Ensure growth strategies are successful by partnering with the Credit and Commercial LOB's + Support the bank's Energy Vertical to ensure collaboration and communication with the Credit and Commercial LOB's. + Ensure that potential risks are accurately conveyed to the appropriate partners within Credit and Commercial LOB's + Responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all Bank and Risk tolerances that apply. + Understand the rules and regulations that apply to working in a regulated environment. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: + Minimum of 2 years of experience in Petroleum Engineering, related engineering field or equivalent internship during undergraduate studies, with exposure to oil & gas reserve evaluations. + Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering field required. + Oil & gas reserve evaluation exposure in at least one large U.S. oil & gas producing basin. + Preferred experience using petroleum economics software such as ARIES or PHD-Win.
