SUMMARY

The Pet Supplies Plus Bather is responsible for providing excellent customer service while bathing, checking in & checking out animals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides excellent customer service, ensuring positive customer relations and satisfactionAnswer incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquetteSchedules and confirms each appointmentBathes, dries, and combs out each animalAware of tie in sales to each animalInputs customer informationLooks over dog as it is taken in for serviceUnderstands products used for bathingUnderstands customers need to a breed specific situationKeeps work area clean and organizedCleans and sanitizes all holding cages and bathing tubsFollows all store and department policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
