Personnel Security System Analyst
Job Descriptions: Location: Alexandria, VA - May occasionally be required to work at an Arlington Office • Provide system administrators support services for the personnel security case management system (eWORKS), perform system testing, trouble shooting, and identify areas of improvement. • Codify eWORKS related functionality and workflows as they relate to business process improvements. • Provide technical demonstrations, training and communicate with the user, and stakeholder community to encourage the proper use of eWORKS or address system issues to users and stakeholder. • Develop, support, and maintain cooperative relationships with others at all levels of the corporation, and manage large volumes of data entry and background investigation material. • Properly safeguard Privacy Act Protected Information and Personal Identifiable Information. • Assist the Personnel Security Unit with any personnel security & suitability tasks identified in this Statement of Work as needed. Required Experience: ? Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. ? Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in working within business processing systems, identifying business processing requirements, and improving business process management within an established company or firm. “Entellitrak Certified” and a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in working within business processing systems, identifying business processing requirements, and improving business process management within an established company or firm may be substituted for the education requirement for the Personnel Security System Analyst. ? Must be US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance ? Knowledge and experience with eWorks ? Experience in working with comprehensive operating systems, evaluating prospective system, testing phases of enhancements and general functionality, and troubleshooting system errors and problems. ? Ability to run reports in support of personnel security operations using automated databases or programs as well as draft memorandum or email correspondence related to personnel security matters, to include data clean-up requests. ? Ability to reviewing monthly organizational reports for data integrity and assist with data reconciliation as required. ?
