As a Personnel Coordinator you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of personnel resources that have been requested by the Account Project Managers. Development of field staff and mentoring through the Totara career program and supporting the Operations team where required.

 

As a Personnel Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Manage the Personnel Team to plan and deliver contracted, compliant personnel in accordance with BH Policy, Customer Contract and the Law.Ensure timely execution of orders, instructions and directions from the UK Operations Manager.Work with Account Project Manager’s to plan and distribute workloads amongst the team as required by the business.Ensure that all field personnel are fully briefed on the work scope, their duties, the risks and HSE procedures and requirements along with the responsible account project manager.Maintain effective communication with the supplier representative (3rd party agency) and the office.Liaise with other regional Coordinators for optimum utilisation of personnel to the benefit of the business.Drive, as part of Management Team, HSE, Quality and Compliance culture through the UK.Develop a yearly project plan for all work scopes for the next financial year. Keeping the plan up to date with personnel and resources. Set minimum levels so we can see where the short fall occur.Contribute to the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within the Department.Carry out regular performance reviews with your direct reports.Arrange training for subordinates on equipment, job procedures and safety regulations.Participate in the On-call rota.Perform other assigned duties as required.Cover tasks in the Personnel Team for holiday and sick leave cover.Main user of Fieldglass program.Maintain the competency compliance tracker for training group.Maintain an understanding of the market we receive personnel from.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering subject – Industry experience will be considered as a suitable substitute.Field experience of Process, Pipeline and Mechanical scopes is an advantage.Supervisory experience is an advantage.Offshore experience is an advantage.Excellent computer Microsoft skills.Strong interpersonal skills are essential.Must be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written.Must have exemplary record keeping and an eye for detail.Must be a self-starter and natural leader who can work with little to no supervision.Excellent safety attitude is a must. Must participate in all Company safety programs and adhere to all policies.
