We currently have an opportunity for Client Service Assistant to join our Florida Personal Lines team.  The selected employee will assist Advisors with the processing of new business and Account Managers with the processing and servicing of all personal lines accounts in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the Company.

Specific responsibilities include:

New Business processing which includes entering information into agency management system, issuing evidences, auto id cards, checking in policies, summary spreadsheets, and policy booksProcess total account rewrites for account managersInvoice policies and endorsementsProcessing endorsementsProvide support as needed to account managersWorking the communication download log dailyMaintain department marketing material and internal documentsSupport advisors on marketing campaigns and eventsBack-up receptionist as neededOther responsibilities as assigned by the manager

 Qualifications:

Florida 4-40 Customer Service license required; must be willing to obtain 20-44 or 2-20Demonstrated oral and written communication skillsComputer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated attention to detailStrong customer service skillsAbility to work in a team environment

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: Associate degree (2-year degree)
