Summary:
The Personal Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist will support the sales and service operations for Personal Lines business. Given the evolving market conditions, there is a heightened need to focus resources on retention efforts. Additionally, the Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist, will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a quality program for the Personal Lines sales and service, aimed at continuously enhancing the customer experience and driving improved results for the Agency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Development, with leadership, a comprehensive proactive retention program including value-added touches with customersDevelopment, with leadership, a quality program that ensures we are following our processes and use technology effectively to continually improve the customer experienceUse existing and create new data analytics tools for understanding retention trends and opportunitiesWorking with Account Management staff and customers on retention pivotal moments such as non-renewals, lost business, significant rate increases, etc,Provide high-net-worth claims and issue resolution supportProvide support to service team during busy periodsPerforms other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years additional related experience in lieu of degree7+ years of Personal Lines insurance experienceProperty & Casualty LicensePreferred Qualifications:
Advanced designation (CIC, CPRM, etc.)Excellent customer relationship management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office
