Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their banking needs are met Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up Utilize basic math skills to perform financial calculations accurately Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on financial services and products Manage client accounts and provide personalized financial solutions Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree Huge Plus!) A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or bank operations
