Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Personal Assistant to VP HO Airbus Helicopters Communications (f/m) to join our Communication Department based in Marignane, France.

Airbus Helicopters is looking for the right person to support the Comms Director. We need a team player who can develop positive working relationships throughout the organisation and act as a facilitator within the team and with key stakeholders, both internal and external. 

Comms@Helicopters is a team of dynamic, engaged professionals coming from a variety of backgrounds. We provide strategic guidance to all areas of the business, from the CEO office to customer services, marketing, operations, programmes and of course AH employees worldwide. Communications is an integrated function working cross-divisionally worldwide.

In addition to administrative tasks for the Comms Director (team meetings,agenda, expenses, travel), the job holder will actively support the Events and Protocol team in the back office for organising customer visits and internal/external events in Marignane (manage booking of space/manage orders/focal point for security access of visitors…). Additional ad hoc support to other members of the team as required.

Your Main activities include:

Improving the efficiency of the Comms department by managing the agenda of the Comms Director: scheduling meetings, participating in team rituals, tracking priorities

Managing travel and expenses for Comms Director

Facilitating the smooth running of comms activities

Participating in budget preparation and follow up

Managing purchase requests, invoicing and follow up

Managing visitors and participating in the onboarding process for new employees

Support to Events & Protocol
