Principal Responsibilities

Provide detailed administrative and organizational support to Senior Management ExecutivesAssist in diary management and travel arrangementsArrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties and organize various functions and eventsGeneral administrative tasks and document management, such as maintenance of good filing of documents and requests for document imaging and future follow up, drafting presentations. Arrange couriers, scanning and arrange facsimile timely and correctlyHandle data and follow up all outstanding reports and project returns
