**Rresponsibilities:**
- Review of Perioperative Records to ensure accuracy
- Provide weekly and monthly reports for quality measurement
- Supports Charge Auditors with daily supply/billing issues
- Manages OR/Endo Supply inventory in Epic
- Communicate with leadership regarding quality issues
- Reconciliation of implant records to ensure accuracy
- Collaborates with Nursing Educators to provide education to staff members
- Serves as documentation specialist for OR/Endo staff members
- Supports anesthesia staff to trouble-shoot anesthesia documentation issues and problems
- Provides case reports to surgeons as needed
- Supports the Surgical Steering Committee with monthly/quarterly/annual data
- Reviews and edits Perioperative Departmental policies
- Supports staff in obtaining appropriate computer access
- Updates surgeon preference cards / Maintains Endo preference supply list
SKILLS
- In-depth knowledge of the Epic platform
- Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint / Word
- Peoplesoft
- TogetherCare
**What you will need:**
**Required:**
**-** RN with Bachelor’s Degree. Licensed by the State of Maryland.
-At least three years acute care experience required; Case Management or Discharge Planning experience preferred.
-Knowledge of overall hospital operations, especially in areas of reimbursement and regulatory matters.
-Highly articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy and analytic skills required.
-Able to communicate effectively, demonstrating good audio and visual acuity.
-Demonstrated ability to work with all age groups of patients (birth to geriatric).
-Have a valid driver's license and their own vehicle to travel to multiple hospitals and post-acute care locations.

Pay Range: $37.18 – $55.77
Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
