100% FTE, 40 hours/week. Various shifts scheduled Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with rotating nights and weekend on-call required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Perfusionist to:
Provide cardiopulmonary life support for high acuity surgical procedures utilizing cardiopulmonary bypass and ECMO. Support procedures outside the operating theater including the Cath lab, Hybrid OR and Intensive Care Units. Assist in the design of institutional protocols and provide continuing education of staff and operating room personnel. Encourage and actively support the mission of the Cardiac Surgery, ECMO and Mechanical Circulatory Assist programs.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and graduate of Perfusion program Required Master's Degree in related field Preferred Work Experience 3 years of post-training clinical experience providing CPB for adult cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, and aortic aneurysm repairs Preferred Experience in providing CPB for cardiac transplantation, ventricular assist device implantation, and congenital pediatric procedures.
