5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering (including Tuning, Profiling, Monitoring, and providing performance solutions). Proven background in performance testing, from strategy to execution. Strong experience in managing a team and delivering performance engineering services for large clients.

 

Technical Skills: Must Have: 2+ years of experience using performance testing tools like JMeter. Experience with LoadRunner, Neoload, or any other similar tools is highly valued. Knowledge of API/Web Services Testing. Familiarity with leading monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, JConsole, JVisualVM, Datadog, Splunk, Application Insights, etc. Experience delivering performance testing across SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises technologies, particularly in public cloud environments. Experience working in cloud environments is a plus.

 

Methodology: Hands-on experience working within an Agile environment.
