Performance Specialist, Large Customer Sales
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus. Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media). Preferred qualifications: + 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. + Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. + Experience in SEM advertising and managing digital advertising Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Partner with sellers on AI Powered Product adoption strategy across books of customers. + Develop pitches to influence Product adoption and business growth in the Home Services space against team priorities like AI Search (BM, VBB), Performance Max and Demand Generation (Gen) for Performance. + Work with executive level stakeholders to translate the business objectives into AI driven product expansion and capture feedback to inform Product Roadmap. + Partner with key stakeholders to share knowledge, scale best practices, and drive adoption. + Enhance promoters on Google Performance positioning, strategy and execution of Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen Campaigns.
