ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Performance Marketing Analyst will take our overall media and paid strategy across all channels and marketplaces to a next level. One of the core responsibilities of the role is to optimize our investment strategy to maximize the performance KPIs, leveraging the incrementality of our media spends.
This position is a 24 month fixed-term contract.
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will…
- Lead the monthly and quarterly budget optimization process with channel owners and define spend shifts across channels, marketplaces and regions, guaranteeing full budget fluidity globally
- Develop Tableau dashboards for monthly budget and Performance KPI management - reinforce automation of Performance reporting
- Take the lead for optimizing the incrementality measurement of Performance media spends globally
- Further develop our Marketing Mix Modelling and multi touch attribution in collaboration with Analytics teams
- Ideate innovative approaches and conduct experiments for budget allocation to different media channels
- Develop holistic SAC and LTV/ incrementality evaluation by channel and tactic in order to drive the most efficient and incremental use of our 3P media spends
- Ensure delivery of results at an operational level with respect to optimization, testing, scaling and identifying the impact of activities on performance KPIs
