Summary: This position's work focuses on the development and management of bureau-level processes and systems to facilitate efficiency and timely completion and adherence to administrative functions and special projects. The Performance Manager will carry out activities and manage responsibilities related to the bureau programming performance and achievements. The Performance Manager will work under the guidance of the Bureau Chief and Section Supervisors. Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain various systems (performance management, grant administration and project management) to support the administration of the Chronic, Congenital and Inherited Conditions Bureau within the Public Health Division. Utilize a broad knowledge of management theories, principles and techniques for gathering, analyzing and evaluating information. + Prepare accurate and effective documents, processes, tracking tools and reports. Present and implement plans including timelines, milestones and measures for review, and use feedback from evaluations to process improvements. Track multiple projects and update data and other inputs across multiple programs. + Develop and implement a plan for building and maintaining a bank of success stories and program descriptions.
