Performance Insights Analyst, Fashion Marketplace
Amazon Fashion Marketplace is looking for a Performance Insights Analyst to drive further growth in the Fashion category. In this role, you will work with Account Management, Marketing, and Product Management teams to deliver actionable insights to improve the experience of Amazon customers and merchants. You will lead all reporting mechanisms for the Fashion category, analyze key metrics, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical with an engineering-like mindset, capable of designing and building scalable reporting systems, and able to think of new metrics that best capture business needs.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing performance metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate necessary data sources to support business analysis and reporting.
• Continually improve reporting via automated solutions.
• Apply analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
• Proactively develop new metrics and studies to quantify customer behavior.
