Join us and be the eyes, ears and voice of Ford. **In this position...** + This position will be the primary company liaison for Lincoln Retailers, focused on all Sales related growth initiatives. **What you'll do...** + Develop Retailer action plans including Tier 3 marketing, Retailer experiential events, etc. to deliver Lincoln new vehicle and CPO business plan targets. + Achieve all Wholesale tasks and ensure weekly scheduling of Retailer orders and develop order bank management strategy with Lincoln retailers to enable fast-turn inventory. + Develop retail order strategy to enable custom tailored orders so that clients do not compromise on their purchase of new Lincoln vehicles. + Execute sales events through sales meetings, ensuring dealer checklists are being followed and promoting the event through all parts of the Dealership. + Assist Retailers in understanding C&I Programs and review and submit (if necessary) C&I exceptions. + Lead execution of Lincoln initiatives to ensure Retailer participation including, but not limited to all facing Lincoln Retailer Program, Lincoln Institute, Black Label initiatives. + Lead development Retailer level action plans to improve the Client experience as measured by OneCX and Dealer Loyalty metrics in coordination with Lincoln Experience. Manager and appropriate team members such as Ambassadors, Coaches, etc. + Support Lincoln Way App launch and sustain through in dealership training and consulting. + Coordinate with Lincoln Service Specialists on all key cross dealership initiatives, esp with dual dealers to ensure differentiated experience is executed and work with Lincoln Ambassador to support development of Lincoln Way sales processes through all dealers. + Develop Retailer level action plans to improve operations and profitability and identify high impact stores to provide in dealership consulting to improve Dealer operations. + Work with Management team to support training and development of all members of the Lincoln team and develop a culture that embraces One Ford values. **You'll have...** + Dealer contact experience. + Experience working in field Team environment. **Even better, you may have...** + Sales and Service experience.
