In this role, you will:
§ Work with Field Managers to implement the action plans.
§ Monitor daily operational processes in the team.
§ Work closely with sales support and operation staff to facilitate smooth execution of the sales process.
§ Act as the primary point of contact for procedural guidance, and ensure effective usage of sales tools and sales support materials.
§ Take responsibility for monitoring the team to complete the mandatory trainings.
§ Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.
§ Support achievement of the HSBC vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behaviour, actions and decision making.
§ Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meets HSBC standards and procedures.
