Main responsibilities:

Driving Operational Excellence through Data Analytics

As a Performance Analyst at Sanofi's Insulin Campus Frankfurt, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing operations through advanced data analytics. Your responsibilities will include:

Utilizing Snowflake's cloud platform to manage and analyze large-scale manufacturing and supply chain datasets, providing valuable insights for operational improvements.

Developing and maintaining Business Intelligence dashboards and reports that offer clear, actionable information to decision-makers across the organization.

Collaborating with data architects to design and optimize data models, ensuring efficient analysis and reporting capabilities.

Implementing AI and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, predict trends, and recommend process enhancements in our manufacturing operations.

Creating and maintaining data pipelines to integrate information from various sources into our analytics ecosystem.

Partnering with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for operational enhancements.

Staying current with emerging technologies and methodologies in data analytics to contribute to Sanofi's position as a leader in data-driven decision making.

This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in data science and analytics to meaningful challenges in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Your work will directly contribute to Sanofi's mission of improving patient outcomes through operational excellence.

About you

Education and professional experience

Master's degree or Data Science, Analytics, Engineering or related field

experience in data analysis, preferably in pharmaceutical/manufacturing

Preferably experience with BI tools and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)

Soft skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies

Technical skills

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R

Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Data modeling and architecture skills

Ability to analyze multi-departmental data and propose actionable insights

Preferably knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts

Languages

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German

Ability to facilitate workshops and trainings is desirable
