Work you'll do/Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans for PeopleSoft HCM functionalities, including Core HR, Recruitment (External/Internal), and Benefits processes. Conduct thorough end-to-end testing to identify and report defects. Create and maintain test data sets for various testing scenarios, including onboarding. Collaborate with developers and business analysts throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process. Validate the successful implementation of PeopleSoft HCM modules through rigorous QA activities. Document and report test results effectively, including defect identification and tracking. Leverage automated testing tools like UFT to streamline test execution. Utilize ALM, Jira, and ClickUp for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
