Robert Half is hiring a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst to play a key role in supporting and evolving our PeopleSoft HCM platform. This is a functional, non-technical role for someone with deep knowledge of Payroll, Benefits, and GL (for Payroll) modules who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
As a central part of the HRIS team, you’ll contribute to major organizational integration efforts following several recent acquisitions. This is a highly visible position with the potential to step into a lead role for candidates who bring strategic insight and a strong command of the PeopleSoft HCM suite. What You’ll Do:
+ Configure and maintain the PeopleSoft HCM system, focusing on Payroll, Benefits, and General Ledger modules
+ Analyze and enhance business processes in collaboration with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams
+ Lead the design and testing of system enhancements, patches, and upgrades
+ Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues to minimize impact on HR and payroll operations
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
+ Support integration efforts for newly acquired business units and help standardize HR systems
+ Facilitate user training, create documentation, and serve as a subject matter expert in functional areas
+ Provide ongoing functional support across the HCM suite as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
+ 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM, particularly in Payroll, Benefits, and GL
+ Deep functional understanding of PeopleSoft configuration, PS Query, and reporting tools
+ Proven ability to assess and optimize business processes within an HCM system
+ Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive working style
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience supporting international HR, Payroll, or Benefits
+ Familiarity with ADP configurations
+ Background in ERP integrations or experience with other HCM systems
+ Exposure to recent M& A system integrations
