The Talent Acquisition Apprentice will be supporting our Talent Acquisition and Early Careers Team in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling and business operations. The position will help coordinate and organise several important logistics and processes in support of our Early Career and Experienced hire recruiters. The role will help manage and provide consultation on Internal hiring, ensuring that HR processes and procedures are followed.

Key Accountabilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule formal interviews and handle logistics with both new graduate and experienced candidatesAssist with on-campus events including career fairs, information sessions, technical talks, and other networking/relationship eventsHelp staff events with internal volunteers and communicate logistics to themReviewing applicants CV’s and scheduling screening/ telephone callsRegularly update and maintain job postings on Workday.Assist the Internship Program Manager to help deliver a great intern experience during their time at AVEVAHelp manage the onboarding and offboarding of interns throughout the yearOversee various onboarding tasks for hires

Essential Capabilities

Strong organizational skillsStrong attention to detail. Strong English language skills verbal and written.

Desirable Experience

Interest in Human Resources/Recruiting as a careerFamiliarity with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
