Your leadership will be key in fostering a high-performing People Services team and a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the People Services Manager of GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), you will take on a pivotal role in leading and guiding HR processes across all employee levels. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide expertise on a broad spectrum of topics, including onboarding and offboarding, job transitions, recruitment, absence management, time and attendance, HR tools, talent and performance management, and more, ensuring seamless support throughout the employee lifecycle at Sanofi.
With respect to People Services (PS) operations in the Budapest Hub, the following areas are covered on a European or Global scale
People Life Cycle ManagementKnowledge Base Management and Employee Query HandlingExternal Workforce ManagementGlobal Learning ServicesQuality, Performance, Employee Master Data & ReportingMobility ServicesMain responsibilitiesOversee the execution of country-specific HR Operations tasks, such as creation of employee contracts, management of business processes within the employee lifecycle scope (Hire, Job change, Termination & On- and Offboarding), alongside with the management of query handling activities, according to their agreed service levelsOperationally contributes to the achievement of the goals as requiredMonitor operational KPIs and data quality level to pro-actively manage execution & take pro-active measures if requiredContribute to Regional and MCO level performance reviewsEnsure compliance of processes, transactions and reports with Sanofi policies and guidelinesBuild, document, and transfer People Services Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) in his/her area of expertiseAssist in the transition of processes by supporting Senior / SME Team members and build stakeholder relationship with People Services, People & Culture and other involved parties as requiredMake sure that necessary resources are available as needed for the new scope in alignment with transition plan and support sourcing of new colleagues, making recruitment decisionsSupervise and coach the teamAbout you
