Completed or completing relevant undergraduate degree in Industrial Relations, Employment Relations, Human Resource Management (or enrolled and currently actively studying).

X2 Roles Available: These positions can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offering Hybrid working arrangements.
Reporting to the Team Lead you will be responsible for: Providing frontline guidance and advice to employees and responsible managers regarding all human resources related Hire to Retire matters in line with The Downer Standard and other legislative obligations. Escalate as required.Interpreting human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations and educate all stakeholders.Facilitating and conducting workplace training on HR Initiatives and updates;Supporting the operations with mobilisation and demobilisation matters for respective projects including facilitation of redeployment and contracts of employment.Conducting and advising on appropriate remuneration benchmarking where required; Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures and protocol and relevant employment legislation requirements, by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation.
