As People Services Junior Generalist (French Speaker) within our People Services team, you’ll manage the employee life cycle processes, starting from the hiring process & onboarding until the coordination and administration of termination and off boarding activities for the French region, including creation of required documentation & system updates. With respect to People Services (PS) operations in the Budapest Hub, the following areas are covered on a European or Global scale
People Life Cycle ManagementKnowledge Base Management and Employee Query HandlingExternal Workforce ManagementGlobal Learning ServicesQuality, Performance, Employee Master Data & ReportingMobility ServicesMain responsibilitiesCreate employee contracts, oversee and complete all required steps of the hiring process, coordinate with different stakeholders to provide an efficient and seamless onboarding experienceManage the employee job change process in Workday and related systemsAdminister termination activities, ensure smooth & compliant off-boardingEnsure all systems are up to date throughout the entire lifecycle of the employeeManage all documents related to people life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)Provide general support on employee related questions (Level 1) and be engaged in the Customer Service process in Service NowHandle direct queries from employees via phone callsAddress operational issues, investigate and follow up to resolution in an effective and timely mannerExecute in compliance with Sanofi policies relevant guidelines, including GDPR and French labor lawComplete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIsParticipate in local /global projects, contributing to the implementation of new initiativesTrain & support new joiners and existing team members (if required)About you

Soft and technical skills
