You will be responsible for offer accurate information and guidance on HR policies, effectively utilize knowledge management tools, and ensure efficient case management. Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are: Provide end-to-end support and 1st level resolution for employees and managers via multiple channels, ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Advise managers on all aspects of Position Management and Human Resources policies, utilizing knowledge management tools to provide accurate information. Utilize case management systems to ensure efficient case delivery, maintaining communication with employees and managers for updates and closure. Maintain knowledge of Workday, Service Now, and Human Resources processes, understanding the impact of transactions on benefits, pay, and other areas. Monitor personal performance using data analytics, identifying and addressing Continuous Improvement opportunities to meet Global Value Stream Metrics and standards. Ensure compliance with local and global Data Audits, legislative needs, Data Privacy, and confidentiality requirements, while managing and updating Service Operating Procedures according to Global standards. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals: University degree, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience working in a Human Resources Shared Services, Support Centre or Customer Support environment. Excellent written (language/grammar) and verbal (listening/speaking) communication skills in: English and Portuguese. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Availability for a 6-month contract. Preferred Experience: However, if you have the following, it would be a plus: Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems, online tools, and an understanding of the downstream impact of transactions to benefits and payroll. Good knowledge of country legislation requirements for Brazil and across a range of diverse countries supported by the LATAM hub. Why GSK?
