This is a fixed-term contract role for a period of up to 12 months.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the pre-workshop preparation including managing participation list, arranging of logistics, and preparation of materials for leadership program
• Manage and track participation and attendance workshops, including updating tracker, compile results and feedback
• Work closely with Supply Chain in rolling out competency assessment, track and follow up of completion and also analysis of competency gaps and arranging training to address gaps
• Manage the arrangement of culture workshop for Supply Chain shopfloor
• Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives including workshops, focus groups and gamification activities
• Data analysis of trends and recommendation including absenteeism, types of leave, etc
• Support and assist in the Wellness Program Launch & Initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Experience in human resources generalist, learning & development would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Analytical, high attention to details and organized
• Able to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken English
