**Position Overview:**
This is a key role within the Southeast Asia teams that will act as a key business partner and a trusted advisor to the respective General Managers and the Business Manager across Southeast Asia markets while reporting to the Senior People Partner, aMEA.
You will partner with the respective markets’ leadership teams in planning, developing and delivering HR programmes, policies, activities and global initiatives that support the markets’ business strategies and drive performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with business leaders of the responsible markets to understand and evaluates the business agenda and defines proactive human resources strategies to enable successful achievement of business results.
+ Lead and drive HR programmes and action plans related to potential and new business or growth initiatives in the repsonsible markets.
+ Lead the design and implementation of new or updated HR offerings/ policies/ procedures in the responsible markets, including but not limited to workforce planning, organisational design & development, re-organisation, performance management, talent management, etc.
+ Through partnership with responsible markets’ business leaders, GEM/ aMEA HR, COE and GBS representatives.
+ Effectively develop, deliver and manage HR processes related to Talent Management, Performance Management and Leadership Development for the responsible markets.
+ Analyse trends of the responsible markets to define action plans related to attraction, retention and development of key talents in line with the global Talent Management framework.
+ Provide coaching support to business leaders of the responsible markets on people matters.
+ Partner with Finance to manage people operational costs.
+ Partner with Legal on employee relations issues and to ensure compliance to local labour regulations.
+ Provide leadership and partner with GBS to identify and support in process improvement initiatives.
+ Leads or participates in global or regional projects as assigned.
**Skills & Experience:**
As a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, you apply your strategic thinking skills and growth mindset to drive business turnaround and transformation, consistently challenging the status quo. You foster a mindset of continuous improvement, translating strategies into actions and act as the 'go-to' people leader in the responsible markets.
+ Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in team environments that value excellence and drive high standards.
+ Robust knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations and business practices across Southeast Asia. 2
+ Clear strengths in business partnering, compensation and benefits, talent management and performance management. Some experience in organisation design and change management would be advantageous.
+ Commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and energised by change agenda.
+ Execution oriented with strong project management, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
+ Critical thinking skills balanced with strong emotional intelligence to align and integrate disparate programmes, embracing a global approach while taking a practical yet creative approach towards local delivery.
+ Demonstrates confidence and courage to appropriately challenge assumptions, and ability to successfully manage competing priorities.
+ Maintains a high level of professionalism to push through on solutions while maintaining relationships at all organisational levels.
+ Strong learning orientation and work ethic – curious and continuous learner with a good say/do ratio and high integrity.
**Languages**
Fluent in Thai and English.
